We have a little residual dust that escaped their work area, but they cleaned everything up, vacuumed, and left the house is great shape.It took a little longer than expected to get the windows in stock and installed....but I suppose I should have been more understanding - these weren't your average window sizes.Also - my dogs loved them.

“Mr. Desper explained the working of the windows so clearly that when they were installed I really didn’t need the installer’s instructions. He was very kind and answered all my questions.”

Now about the installers: Johnny & Willie. In this day and age, what a pleasure it was to see two guys who knew what they were doing. From the initial walk through to show me what they were going to do, until the final walk through after the job was finished, they did not bother me at all. I don’t think they even took a break. Also when they left you couldn’t tell that they had been here – everything was cleaned up.

“I have been working with Jacob Sunroom for over 14 years. My first purchase was storm doors for my new family room addition back in 1990. I have since moved to a different home and have purchased the Leafproof system with new large gutters. Each job has been completed on time and as described in the original estimate.

My Salesman (Curt Desper) has always been helpful and courteous. He is very knowledgeable on all of the products and is great to talk to when you have questions on any of the many products Jacob Sunrooms sells. Recently I have also had work done on my stepfather’s home, gutters and windows. The gutters and windows are complete and looking great. The installers are professional and clean up after the job is finished. They completed on time and as proposed in the original estimate.
